Shipping Policy

  • We ship through BCEXPRESS.LK based on your selection at checkout.
  • We use www.bcexpress.lk to Calculate shipping based on the package weight and your zip code.
  • We don’t charge extra for packaging and handling. If you need extra packaging, please contact us as soon as you place your order.
  • We do not Guarantee the time of Delivery and cannot be held responsible for late Deliveries to receive refunds.

Damages and Lost in Transit

  • In case of a damage please report to carrier immediately and notify us within 24 hours to file a claim on time.
  • If you can send a picture of damage package would help to file, the claim.
  • If you don’t receive your package within expected time, please inform us immediately.
  • No claim will be file to Refused package or stolen packages after deliver to your home.
  • Damaged or Delay Caused by Weather Conditions
  • We are not responsible for damage or delay caused by weather condition. In case of damage due to weather condition your refund or replacement will be depend on the claim at carrier.
  • You may contact us or carrier directly to arrange delivery time due to weather condition.

Package Tracking

We offer real time tracking using carrier’s website. Please check your shipping confirmation email to track your package. This service would be available for those who have provided email address at checkout.

Address Correction

Before you submit your order make sure you enter the correct SHIPPING address. BCEXPRESS will charge LKR 3500 for address corrections. If this caused by your error we will apply that charge to your account and we are not responsible for any delays.

Cancel or Changes to Orders

  • All cancellation and order changes should be notified immediately via email to info@bestceylon.com or call us at +94773377470/1.  Please note that orders can NOT be Cancelled or Changed after Dispatch. Most orders we ship next day.
  • Please Allow time for process and handling which can take 3-4 business days, but we usually ship next day.
  • During holiday seasons, please order at least two weeks before you want your package to arrive as shipping times will take longer.
  • The shipping costs vary depending on the amount of the order and destination.
