Dried Fish

Owing to its serendipitous location on the Indian Ocean, and presence of inland waters such as lagoons Sri Lankan fisherfolks regularly harvest boatloads of fish and seafood such as Yellowfin Tuna, Crabs, Lobsters, Shrimp and Prawns, which are exported as both frozen and fresh products.
