Return Policy

Any item that was damaged in the process of shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Asian Grocery Net will exchange or refund the defective item(s) if reported within 48 hours.

Asian Grocery Net will not be liable for defective items not reported within 7 days.

Open food products are non-returnable.

We are not responsible for your preference of taste on any product since preference varies.

You can return unused goods within 7 days of receiving for any reason unless as noted above, but the return shipment fees will not be covered.

Note-It could take up to 15 days to process the return and credit to your account.
